Roast/bake at 425F – 1/4 cup of olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika. Garlic expressions is good to at the end or any vinaigrette. Make sure the vegetables are separated or they will steam and not roast.

Serve with Cous Cous, Rice Noodles with pesto, Rice, Penne with Pesto
