Aioli with Immersion Blender (Keto Friendly)

If you only have a couple minutes, this is a great way to make Aioli.  If you just want mayonnaise, omit the garlic.

Aioli with Immersion Blender (Keto Friendly)

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  1. Allow eggs to come to room temperature. You should use pasteurized eggs, but I live on the wild side and don’t. Chop the garlic and then grind the salt into it to get it finer. Dump everything into a small container. My stick blender came with a cup for doing things just like this. Push the stick blender to the botton and run it on high speed. After the Aioli starts to form, move it up and down till complete. Refrigerate.Don’t use a crappy stick blender. My old one couldn’t do this job. The new one did it no problem.
