We tried these the other night and they came out very nice. Susan has declared that this is her new favorite burger. We cooked them over Hickory Charcoal on the BBQ.

Lamb Burgers

1 1/4 pounds ground lamb
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 each hamburger buns — toasted on BBQ
2 tablespoons butter — butter the buns before toasting
1/2 cup feta cheese
Mix first five ingredients. Shape into 3 patties.
Cook on BBQ grill or in a skillet.
Butter the buns and toast on the grill.
Place burgers on buns and top with feta and serve.
