Made this last night and then stir fried it with some eggs. Came out great!
Trim the Cauliflower, keep the stalk.
Throw it all in the food processor. I put the whole garlic in first to make sure it’s chopped up well.
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 2 Clove Garlic
- 2 ea Green spring onions
- Take off the inedible bits of the cauliflower. The stock is fine, it will process with everything else.
- Throw it into a food processor and pulse until done. We do it on low for about 5 seconds.
